One of the best local food in Mauritius and one of the best place for “boulettes” in Tamarin. Good beach vibes !

Tasty noodles with chicken and mild curry broth with chili, wasabi, and mango chutney on the side. I can’t quite classify the cuisine style, but it seems to work. Food and drinks are served in ceramics and glass. No plastics! There is a small picnic table that can seat 6 people just behind the shack.
